I hadn’t received my vehicle proof of insurance card in the mail. I sent a text message to State Farm, and Isabella replied back to me ASAP. She made sure that I had my proof of insurance. And it was imperative that I had it, because that was my due date. And she made sure it happen expeditiously! Thank you, Isabella! Thank you, State Farm!
